F-tune Performance Exhaust Manifold – Branded Tubes and Brand Protection

About This Photo

Every F-tune Performance exhaust manifold is built from CNC logo-engraved tubes. Real tubular manifolds for 2JZ, M50, M54, OM601-606 and more. This is how you spot the real thing.

Description

F-tune Performance exhaust manifold builds start before a single weld is made. They start with the tube. Every exhaust manifold – whether mild steel or stainless – carries the F-tune Performance logo, milled directly into the material on the lathe using driven tooling. The lathe spins while the mill cuts, wrapping the logo cleanly around the circumference of the tube. It is precise, it is permanent and it is ours.

Why Brand the Tubes?

Branding is everything in this industry. When a customer buys an F-tune Performance exhaust manifold they are buying years of development, proper materials and workmanship that stands behind the product. Engraving the logo directly into THE tube makes that ownership clear and makes it very difficult for anyone else to replicate or misrepresent our work.

If an exhaust manifold does not have the logo on the tubes, it is not an F-tune Performance exhaust manifold. It is that simple.

Where It Started

F-tune Performance started as an exhaust manifold company. It is where the business was born and the tubular exhaust manifold remains one of our most well known and sought after products. Over the years we have built manifolds for an extensive range of engines including the Toyota 2JZ, BMW M50, M54, and the full Mercedes OM60X diesel family – OM601, OM602, OM603, OM604, OM605 and OM606.

The application list keeps growing because the demand keeps growing. A properly built tubular exhaust manifold makes a real difference to flow, spool and power – and that is something every engine builder eventually figures out.

The Tubes

The tubes you see in these photos are 42.4mm diameter – the standard size we use for exhaust manifold construction. Both mild steel and stainless steel versions are produced depending on the application and the customer's requirements. Each box is full of pre-engraved tubes ready to be cut and welded into finished manifolds.

Every tube. Every manifold. Every time.
